Unsubscribe stops marketing, not service emails.
If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, you'll still get emails about your account, billing, security, and service updates. Those are essential.
Your email is yours.
You choose which email address we use for marketing. Change it anytime in Settings → Communication Preferences.
What this means for you
What counts as marketing
Newsletters, product updates, feature announcements, special offers, event invitations, and promotional content. Not: billing receipts, password resets, security alerts, or transactional emails.
How we got your consent
We ask for explicit consent when you sign up or change your preferences. Pre-ticked boxes are not used. Consent is clear and easy to withdraw.
How often do we email?
We aim for 1–2 marketing emails per week. You can adjust frequency in your preferences (Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, or Off).
Your choices & controls
Unsubscribe from marketing
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it, and you're done. No confirmation needed.
Change your email
Go to Settings → Communication Preferences and choose which email address receives marketing.
Adjust frequency
In Settings → Communication Preferences, choose Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, or Off.
Opt back in
If you unsubscribe and change your mind, email support@tapinto.me and we'll re-enable it.
